Wear:  Suddenly boots became a go-to for me in my wardrobe. Especially during fall and on set- they are sturdier than flats and better looking than tennis shoes.

TIP:  To keep all pairs straight and sturdy use boot inserts; I recommend them from the Container Store.  

If you are going to invest; do it with a neutral/skin tone.  Legs will look long and lean! We all want that right?

Or for us shorties: wear black boots and dress for an elongated look.

I’ve only used this sponge technique once on a pair of shoes but I typically use the washing machine ( be sure to bleach and wipe with bleach immediately after!)

What: a shirt hangs loosely from the body is a blouse.  Great for all occasions, dress it up or down!  I like a little burst of color, especially big for spring so keep color in mind (choose a color you’ll get most use out of.)

Wear:  Bangles are great but beware when trying to wear them on a dinner date or if at a party (opt for a cuff instead) these can make unwanted noise if you talk a lot with your hands.

Pick up vintage options at flea markets or estate sales for fun varieties (mixing styles and metals is best) Some of my most worn are from my grandmother (gold) and my mom (snakeskin.)
