After working as a stylist over the past decade, I’ve spend well over $100,000s of dollars shopping. And as the years went on- I became increasingly horrified about the waste happening when it came to wardrobe.
Unknowingly, I’d loved (and worn) secondhand for quite some time as I was lucky to inherit my grandmother’s wardrobe (she was my style icon!) And, while a lot of her wardrobe fit, a lot of it didn’t but I had become accustomed to the quality of haute couture.
But my bank account wasn’t there, so a few things happened:
